Bounce Castles are safe when used properly. It is VERY IMPORTANT that the bounce castles are supervised properly at all times, ensuring that participants follow the usage guidelines provided by VM&J LLC and remain safe while enjoying their time on the bounce house's.

Supervision is the responsibility of the customers renting the bounce castles, unless the customer requests attendants and pays the additional cost. We recommend one attendant per bounce house to provide supervision. Customers will be provided with safety guidelines for each game upon rental.

No, there are no cleaning charges. However, if excessive cleaning is needed (i.e., food, gum, paint, markers or silly string removal) there may be an additional charge of $50-$500 depending on the depth of the cleaning.

Yes, the rental price for all Bounce Castles includes delivery, setup, and tear down. If location if more than 40miles from Hyattsville Md, a delivery fee will be applied and discussed prior to event.
